What we are, and what we are not

We are an online store. There is no shop you can walk into and no counter to bring an animal to. What that buys you is a smaller price on the same gear, delivered to the door.

We stock a chosen range rather than a catalogue of everything, which is why there are six ranges and not sixty. Each product here is the one we would buy for that job.

Delivery, plainly

Delivery across New Zealand is a flat $25 and free on orders of $75 or more. Orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours and then take 5 to 7 days.

Every item carries the consumer guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be excluded, and we add our own 15 day change of mind window on top of them.
